Shipping and delivery

Kitnology supplies selected programmable robotics kits through direct supplier fulfilment. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. A catalogue listing does not mean the item is available for delivery to every country.

Australia: ACEBOTT kits

Eligible kits ship from China in the manufacturer's standard branded packaging. Orders are submitted to the supplier on business days. Normal supplier dispatch is within one business day after payment and order details are received, followed by an estimated 7–9 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Australia deliveries use DAP terms. Any applicable import duties, taxes or clearance charges are not included in the shipping charge and may be payable on arrival.

United States launch

U.S. delivery is being verified and is not yet enabled. We will enable only products and destinations whose fulfilment and shipping terms have been confirmed. Do not use an Australia delivery estimate as a U.S. delivery promise.

Tracking and separate shipments

We add the carrier and tracking reference to your order after dispatch. Tracking may not show movement immediately. Products from different suppliers may ship separately; contact us before ordering if combined delivery is essential.

Delays, shortages and delivery problems

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will contact you with the available revised timing and offer a choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full, prompt refund. We will not assume your consent to an indefinite delay, substitute a different kit or change the shipment origin without your agreement.

For a parcel that is lost, undelivered or damaged, contact Kitnology so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. Supplier arrangements do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
